Raymond Harris

RAYMOND L. HARRIS was born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee. At an early age, he began working for his father in the family business. While Raymond learned many things under his father’s leadership, the most significant lesson was regarding how to treat and have respect for one’s customers. Raymond carried this philosophy of service excellence with him, moving forward. When he was eighteen, Raymond lost his job as lead mechanic for a trucking company, and decided to take this setback as an opportunity to change his career path. Hence, he chose to enter into business for himself, within the transportation industry. He brought his first truck, began driving, and slowly-but-surely, business began to grow. Today he owns and operates a prosperous over-the-road transportation and logistics company. In addition to transportation, Raymond is an owner of several other successful businesses, and has been involved in numerous construction and property developments. He is currently a well-known, respected businessman in Wilson County, Tennessee. As a member of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club, Raymond volunteers his time working on various committees and providing his expertise towards community service projects. He is a long-standing member of the Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, and is part of the Boy Scout Troop 434 alumni committee – while also holding a seat on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Open Swing Dance Championships. Raymond’s hobbies and passions include traveling and spending time with wife Sandy and their children and grandchildren; excavating his properties; swing dance; collecting art and attending live comedy and musical performances. He also enjoys hiking, and exploring the world of fine wines.

Jacob A. Harris

By the age of 12, Jacob had acquired a profound level of skill, and worked on both trucks and heavy equipment for his father and other local businessmen. After completing his education, Jacob started working his way up the ladder within his father’s business, and today, is VP of Operations of the entire organization. During his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cruising on the lake, camping, attending equipment auctions, and thinking of new ways to grow the business.
